Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all accounts may be cancelled and balances forfeited.
1.3 Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If false or incorrect information is provided, hi666 reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time, and deposited funds will not be refunded in such cases.
2Account Management
2.1 Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your hi666 account password and login details completely confidential. You must not grant any third party access to your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.2 Account Verification (KYC)
hi666 may verify your identity at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. The following documents may be requested for verification:
- Copy of National ID card (NID) or passport
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account)
If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
2.3 Account Balance
Funds held in your account are restricted to use within hi666's services. This is not a bank deposit and no interest applies.
3Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
hi666 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
3.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be required if verification is needed or in the case of unusual transactions.
3.4 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:
- The account must be fully verified.
- Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
- The deposit method and the withdrawal method must be owned by the same individual.
- There must be no active investigation or suspicion of fraud on the account.
4Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at hi666 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonuses may only be used on designated games and markets at hi666.
- Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance.
- If you wish to withdraw your deposited funds after accepting a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
4.4 VIP Program
hi666's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Promotion to a higher tier is based on playing consistency and account activity. hi666 reserves the right to change or cancel VIP benefits.
5Gameplay Rules
5.1 Fair Play
hi666 believes in fair play. The outcome of all games is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). Any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of a game will result in account closure.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a game result is incomplete due to server issues, network outages, or software errors, hi666 reserves the right to cancel that game and refund the bet. In the event of an incorrect amount or win displayed due to a technical error, hi666 reserves the right to determine the correct amount.
5.3 Game Provider Terms
hi666 offers games from various providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI. The individual terms of the relevant game provider may apply to each game.
5.4 Responsible Gaming

6Sports Betting
6.1 Markets & Odds
hi666 offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA World Cup, club tournaments), kabaddi, and other sports. hi666 reserves the right to change odds. Betting may close before an event begins.
6.2 Cancelled & Postponed Events
If a match is cancelled or postponed, hi666 will cancel the bet and refund the original amount. However, if a specified number of overs or periods have been completed after the match has started, the result may be determined accordingly.
6.3 Match Fixing
Betting activities related to match fixing or any form of manipulation are strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, hi666 will cancel all related bets and close the account.
7Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts
- Registering using a false identity or fake information
- Abusing the bonus system or bonus hunting
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
- Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
- Depositing or withdrawing using third-party payment methods

10Account Suspension & Closure

10.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw your verified balance before closing the account. The account will be closed after all pending bets have been settled.
10.3 Balance of a Suspended Account
If an account is closed due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions, a decision on whether to return or forfeit the balance will be made based on the outcome of the investigation. The balance will remain on hold during the investigation.
